This is why it is of the highest importance that you INSPECT THE TABLE FOR DAMAGE WHEN IT IS BEING DELIVERED TO YOU. You should make the driver wait until you finish inspecting the table. Do not judge damage by the appearance of the box. Open the box and inspect the table. 

If table passes your damage inspection, you should sign for the package and take delivery.

If table is damaged after inspection...REFUSE DELIVERY. They will send it back to us and we will send you out a new one.

Once you sign for a package you are stating the package is ok and not damaged during shipment, and you are signing over your right to make a damage claim. If you sign for a damaged table we will not be able to replace it without additional cost to you.
