It used to be that a chip of this grade would cost upward of $1.00 per chip. Those days are over. We've streamlined our manufacturing process so that whether you're a player, run a tournament, or if your looking for promotional chips for your organization, owning a top of the line chip is now affordable.

What Makes The Casino-Pro Different Than Other Custom Chips?

Printed poker chips come in two forms. There are inlay chips and direct surface print chips.

Inlay chips are made by printing on a substrate separate from the chip. After printing, the image is laminated and affixed into a recessed center of a premade patterned chip. So with an inlay chip you can only customize the middle area, not the outside diameter or edges of the chip.

Direct surface print chips, like the Casino-Pro, prints directly on the surface of a blank chip. So your print area is edge to edge, unlike the inlay chips. Plus, you can also custom print the edges of the chip! The Casino-Pro starts out as a complete blank canvas, with 100% full custom capabilities.

About the Casino-Pro Chip Stock

The Casino-Pro chip blank is 10 grams in weight (yes folks, real casino chips only weigh about 10 grams), made from a ceramic polymer, and has an Equinox^TM no-spin surface.

The Equinox no-spin surface ensures that the chip face is flat. Casino-Pro knock-offs tend to crown in the center, resulting in poor stackability.

The Casino-Pro chip comes in a textured or smooth surface. We recommend textured for poker games, since the rougher surface area allows better stackability. Smooth surface chips are ideal for promotional poker chips.

How To Get Started: 

You can start your order by sending us an email with your order details. Please include chip quantity and colors you are looking for.

If you have your own graphics, please attach it to your email, along with any details we would need to know about your order. The more details you give us, the faster your images will be ready for production. Feel free to ask us for samples.

Graphic Requirements:

• 300 DPI Flattened Photoshop file, 1.57" image area
• Adobe Illustrator Flattened File, 1.57" image area
• .jpg file, at least 500 x 500 ppi

If you don't have an image and need a design created for you, please send an email, being as descriptive as possible, with what you are looking for. Our design services can range from $40 and up, depending on the complexity of what you're looking to do. We would say an average design job costs about $45.00.
