Each chip weighs 112 grams or a quarter of a pound. At over 4" in diameter, it has the look and feel of an authentic poker chip...Only a heck of a lot larger.

There are 4 different color chips (purple, green, black, and blue) to choose from.

How do you use your Monster Chip?

Sure it can be used as a drink coaster, dealer button, or card cap but let’s be real, chips are currency and currency feels GOOD in your hands. There’s nothing like hearing the familiar sound of a stack of heavy weight chips clinking under your fingers and these monsters will show you mean business.

Monster Chips are manufactured by a patented process out of the same high quality poly-resins that the top casinos like the Bellagio, Paris, Wynn and Caesar’s use to manufacture their chips. 

For the custom printing, we use state of the art printing equipment, and are able to put your custom graphic image, design, photo, or logo onto a poker chip. We print on a 2mm thick vinyl substrate and then laminate it with an 8mm thick, rock hard polycarbonate lamination. Poker Chip Lounge uses only the best printing equipment and materials to make sure that your custom chips are what they should be.

High end printing equipment - To produce the highest quality images, we use equipment that includes a $30,000 1440 x 1400 DPI printer, an $8,000 laminator, and a $6,000 digital die cuter.

Polycarbonate lamination - We only use the highest quality, 8mm thick polycarbonate lamination over every image. Polycarbonate lamination assures a virtually indestructable product. Other printers are just using standard vinyl lamination, which over time can not resist scratching and indentation. Polycarbonate lamination is expensive but worth it.

If you have artwork that is high resolution and ready to print, you can order online by clicking the Add To Basket button at the top of  this page and then emailing us your image file.

If you're like most people, and need some help with artwork or need a design created from scratch, simply email us whatever you have. Please be as detailed as possible in your description about what you're looking for, and one of our production designers will get back with you in no more than 24 hours. Average time in most cases is 8 hours.

Below are all the production details you need to know and the answers to the most frequently asked questions we get:

What is your turnaround time?

Design proofs: 24 - 48  hours for digital proofs of original design. Revisions 8 hours.

Print Proofs: 1-2 business days. Printed proofs are availble up request for $10.00. Payment is required before printing proofs.

Printing of chips: Currently 5 - 10 business days for completion of printed chips.

Shipping: 2- 4 business days from completion of chips unless express shipping is used.

The word sticker implies cheap and this is where you have to be careful what you're buying. Many custom chip makers print on offfice depot paper labels with a thin lamination. This type of printing will not last. We print on an industrial strength adhesive backed vinyl that is cut to the exact diameter of the chip center you choose. 

It's then laminated with an 8mm polycarbonate layer, the hardest and most expensive lamination available. The lamination is the key to the durability of the print area, and we use only the best. The final step is when it's set into the poker chip, flush to the surface of the chip. You will not be able to remove this and it is impermeable to water, alcohol, or any of the common liquids that spill on poker chip. The image will last a lifetime and will never come off.

Can I customize the edges of the chip?

No. We only print in the center portion of the chip. The edge stripe designs shown are already part of the chip.

The edge stripe design can not be changed. We currently have grey, red, green, blue, and black stripe chips. You can choose one or any combination of those colors for your set.

Do you print on both sides of the chip?

Yes, our prices include printing on both sides of the chip.

Does it cost more to use multiple images?

The price shown above includes one image per set. This means you can print the  front and back of the chips in your set, providing that it's the same image for no additional charge. 

For sets that include more than one image, add  $12 per image set up + $.15 per chip.

Example 1:

You want to order 100 monster chips and choose 4 different color chips for your set (purple, green, blue, and black). You have one image that will print on both sides. In this case, these are no additional charges. 

Example 2:

You want to order 100 monster chips and choose 4 different color chips for your set (purple, green, blue, and black). You want to have different denominations printed on each of the 4 color chips (both sides of each chip with the same denomination). So now you will have 4 total images. In this case, you will have 3 additional images (4 total minus the 1 included), so there is a $36 additional charge ($12 per additional image x 3 additional images) + $.15 per chip.
